Dead Drift is the first in a series of limited production runs from Wildfire Cigar Company— and founder Jeremy McDonald wasted no time making a statement. Named after a technique used in fly fishing, a "dead drift" is when a fly attached to a fishing line is left to drift naturally in the current, simulating the insect's natural behavior. It's a fitting name for a cigar that feels effortless on the surface, yet commands your full attention from the first draw to the last.
Produced in the Dominican Republic, Dead Drift is a 6 x 50 toro featuring an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Sumatra binder, with fillers composed of Criollo '98 and Corojo tobaccos. The result is a blend that flows with intention — smooth and graceful at the outset, with real substance building underneath. This is a very limited release-if we are sold out go check our brothers at Luxury Cigar Club to see if they still have them for your smoking pleasure!
